We currently offer shipping within Pakistan. For international orders or orders across Pakistan, please contact us for more details on availability and shipping options.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for shipping, and you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
3. Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders. The shipping rate is PKR 250 for orders under PKR 15,000. Orders above PKR 15,000 qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping: Please contact us for a custom shipping quote for international orders.
4. Delivery Times
If the order is placed within Karachi before 2 p.m we offer same day delivery otherwise we guarantee delivery the next day barring special circumstances. Shipping to other cities typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, delivery times may vary

6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, holidays, or customs processing. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at admin@soracollectibles.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
8. Shipping Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as incorrect shipping details, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. We will assist you in correcting the shipping information before your package is dispatched.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. Sora Collectibles is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
