1. What products do you sell?

At Sora Collectibles, we specialise in trading cards and collectibles from popular anime series such as Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Pokemon and more. We offer booster packs, starter decks, special edition cards, and exclusive merchandise.


2. Are your products authentic?

Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We pride ourselves on offering genuine collectibles from official manufacturers, ensuring you get high-quality products every time.


3. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the products you want, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.


4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we offer domestic shipping within Pakistan. Please check our shipping policies for more details or contact us for international shipping options.


5. How long does shipping take?

If the order is placed within Karachi before 2 p.m we offer same day delivery otherwise we guarantee delivery the next day barring special circumstances. Shipping to other cities typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, delivery times may vary.


6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unopened condition. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash on delivery and credit/debit cards (coming soon) . All transactions are processed securely.


8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before the dispatch of orders. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.


9. How can I contact customer support?

11. Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. Stay tuned for updates, as we may offer them in the future.
